Donseed Limited was founded in 2006 to provide a suite of web-hosted site-management services called Donseed Workplace Management Services (WMS). Initially, the Company is focusing its sales efforts on medium-sized construction firms in Ireland and the UK. WMS is an abuse-resistant solution for tracking time and attendance of operatives on-site. In addition, the solution contains robust Health & Safety Compliance functionality as well as document and information management capabilities. The Company’s business model enjoys many of the operating advantages of “Software as a Service”. The hosted solution removes the requirement for its customers to own or understand any computer hardware, software, or personnel.
